- 3 c. oats ( I like quick oats)
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (opt.)
Boil water and salt and add to the rest of the ingredients in a 9x14 Pyrex dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Leftovers are good room temperature and sliced into bars.
