- 1-2 sm. to med. cloves garlic (remove the core)
- 1 tsp. oregano or dill weed
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (opt.)
- pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes
- 1 to 2 tsp. soy sauce or salt to taste
Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Best if served immediately. Enjoy.
