Raw House Dressing
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1-2 sm. to med. cloves garlic (remove the core)
  • 1 tsp. oregano or dill weed
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (opt.)
  • pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes
  • 1 to 2 tsp. soy sauce or salt to taste

Put all ingredients into blender and blend.  Best if served immediately.  Enjoy.
